What if it rains on the day of my event? 
That’s unfortunate, but we’ve got you covered! We will reschedule your booking to another day available or which day you choose if available. 

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my booking? 
Deposit refundable up to 48 hours prior to your event's start date and time. If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of your event, a 50% refund will be issued. All cancellation requests made within 24 hours will receive no refund. In the event weather is not suitable for outdoor rentals, your event will be rescheduled at a later date/time. Can I change my reservation date? 
Yes. Please contact us at: and we will accommodate your request as best as we can. 

Can I edit the packages and add or remove items? 
Yes. You are able to edit packages by selecting each add-on separately, or only select your add-ons. You are not required to book a service in order to rent equipment. 

Can I book for Valentine’s Day or any other holiday? 
Yes. We are hosting events at locations to be determined. We consider Valentines Day, Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve as premium holidays. Please contact us at: to inquire about this. Check out the events page, you’ll find everything you need. 

Do we still have to maintain social distancing?
Yes, per CDC guidelines all large gatherings are required to wear face coverings for yours and your family and friends well-being.

What do I have to do if I want to have my rental equipment at the park? 
Each park is different, we recommend you look up the park and see if there are any fees or permits required. Some parks will require a deposit and/or hourly fees. We can assist with this process if needed, contact us via email at:

Will there ever be promotions?
Yes. We will occasionally have giveaways to gift a lucky person with a memorable night. You must have previously booked with us before, follow us on Instagram, and repost us on yours.
